How to play the Fortnite “Breakthrough” event

• Rupture is a unique in-game event that begins on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 6 p.m. ET?? The “Breakthrough” playlist will open 30 minutes earlier, so you can subscribe before the event starts. You can also join the current event until 6:40 p.m. BRT!

• “Pause” allows groups of up to four players?? If you are in the queue for the event without a team, you can send emotes to other players and form your own team during the event.

• Don’t have a dedicated game device for the event? With NVIDIA’s Xbox Cloud Gaming and GeForce NOW services, you can play Fortnite via cloud streaming in your PC browser or mobile device!

Content creators and players who wish to relive the final moments of Fortnite Chapter 3 will need to save their experiences, as it will not be possible to view replays of the event.

To celebrate the beginning of the end, everyone who logs into Fortnite from December 2 at 10:00 a.m. ET through December 4 at 4:45 a.m. ET will receive the Roasted Burnt Gesture??

Things to do before the end of Chapter 3

With just under two weeks left in Chapter 3, here are some things to cross off your bucket list for once!

• Complete Chapter 3: Season 4 Battle Pass – Make sure you’ve unlocked everything you wanted from this season’s Battle Pass, including:

  • All unlockable bonus styles in the Additional Rewards section of the Battle Pass tab. For example: Celestial, Spectre and Aurea styles from Byte Costumes, Pink Helena, Paradigm—Reality-659, Skeletal Meow and Spider-Gwen.

  • Rewards unlocked through tasks, such as Gift of Nothing pickaxe styles, as well as the Messenger outfit and accessories.

  • Rewards you have earned with Battle Stars. At the end of the season, your unspent Battle Stars will be used to unlock the first reward available in the Battle Pass. So if you have your eye on something else, you better spend your Battle Stars soon!

• Complete your Ascension task packs — If you purchased the Aidah Ascension Task Pack this season, be sure to complete all tasks to unlock items matching the included Aidah outfit, as well as an additional Aidah style. As Ascension task packs are seasonal, task packs expire on December 2, 2022.

Players who have completed Chrome Pumpkin goals and gained account levels will not lose their progress. This means that you will be able to pick up where you left off after the end of Chapter 3.

Avian Trap and Barganha das Boas Weeks

November 22 marks the beginning of the Bird Trap Week?? From November 22 at 11:00 a.m. ET until November 29 at 11:00 a.m. ET, the number of plunder chickens will be multiplied until they dominate all wildlife! Complete Chicken Tasks to earn EXP, as well as additional objectives that grant Ascension Tokens??

After Avian Trap Week, it’s time for Barganha das Boas Week take care of yourself. From November 29 at 10:00 a.m. ET through December 3 at 5:00 p.m. ET, character items and services will be heavily discounted, and you’ll receive much more with your bars. Similar to Avian Trap Week, complete special tasks to earn XP and additional objectives to receive Ascension Tokens.
